Healthy Apple Crumble

A mindful dessert that fits an active lifestyle

Eating healthy doesn’t mean cutting out everything you enjoy. At Aurora Personal Training in Eindhoven, we believe in balance: nutrition that supports your body while still leaving room to enjoy food.
This healthy apple crumble is a perfect example. Comfort food — but made smarter, with fiber, healthy fats, and minimal added sugars.

Perfect as:

  • A responsible dessert

  • A nourishing breakfast on a rest day

  • A conscious treat alongside an active training routine

Why this healthy apple crumble fits a fit lifestyle

Traditional apple crumble often contains large amounts of sugar and refined flour. This version better supports your body by choosing:

  • Oats → fiber and long-lasting satiety

  • Walnuts → healthy fats and stable energy

  • Butter (in moderation) → flavor and fat-soluble vitamin absorption

  • Honey → natural sweetness without extreme blood sugar spikes

👉 This makes it not an everyday dessert, but a smart choice within a balanced nutrition plan.
