Ingredients

  • 200 g coarse rolled oats

  • 200 g unsalted, unroasted mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts)

  • 75 g pumpkin seeds

  • 75 g sunflower seeds

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 3 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)

  • 3 tbsp coconut oil or sunflower oil

  • 2 tbsp cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp speculaas spice mix

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional:

  • Finely chopped speculaas cookies for extra crunch
