Goal: hip mobility & lower-back relief

Let your knees slowly fall inward

Move in a controlled way and breathe calmly

2. Single-Leg Hinge to Hip Flexor Reach
Goal: balance, hip function & hamstrings

Stand on one leg

Hinge forward from the hips

3. T-Spine Rotations from an Elevated Plank
