What is included in the 90-Day Fit & Strong Program?

1-op-1 Personal Training

Weekly personal training sessions in our exclusive private gym in Eindhoven. Fully tailored to your level, goals, and capacity.

Personal Training Schedule

In addition to the sessions, you will receive a customized training schedule. So that you know exactly what to do — even on the days you train independently.

Nutritional guidance

No strict diet or complicated rules. Just clear guidelines that fit your work, schedule, and goals.

Coaching & Accountability

You are guided not only during the training, but also outside of it. We provide structure, rhythm, and adjustments when necessary.

Measurements & Progress

We regularly measure your progress in the areas of:

  • Weight
  • Fat percentage
  • Muscle mass
  • Size
  • Energy and fitness

This way, you know exactly where you stand and what is changing.

Week 1–2: Foundation
